Ben tells us it's a beautiful home in Concord. One of the things that Ben loves most is that it's a typical style Federation home. This one, in particular, has all the original features intact like the fireplaces, leadlight windows and high ceilings. The modern updates pull everything together and give a really good sense of elegance and charm.
