With no prior experience of the sale process she wanted to source an agent with sound local market knowledge, who could help her market the two bedroom unit effectively and secure the best possible price. Working in finance meant Felicity took a very thorough approach to the sale, and started by researching and interviewing local agents herself.

Where to begin?

After shortlisting five agents in total, Felicity chose Adison Cao of Ray White Riverwood. Besides being very quick to respond to her initial enquiry, she also liked the fact that he was attached to a large brand with a large buyer database.

“Adison is the principal for Ray White in Riverwood and he was very responsive and helpful. He knew exactly what I wanted and knew the area very well, which was one of my major concerns. I called him on the Friday and he was able to view my property within two hours. He was competitive on commission and also listed my property in local Chinese newspapers as part of the marketing package. He gave me honest feedback and provided all the information that I needed to make my decision for the sale.”
