"I definitely think I got a better result, being able to use someone who made the agent comparison. I probably wouldn't have compared so many agents myself, being short on time and with young children. I would probably have just gone with the first one I looked at.
I was really happy with the price I got and it was such a quick sale - I think it sold within 4 days! It was only one negotiation and they straightaway gave me the price I wanted.
