We are interviewing Katheryn Purdy from Chadwick Real Estate and Greg Warwick who is selling this delightful family home in the leafy St Ives on Sydney's Upper North Shore. Join us as we go on a tour through this property.

Greg has lived here for 37 years. He tells us that St. Ives is a wonderful area. The house itself has large rooms, high ceilings and entertainment areas. Greg has had wonderful times here for 37 years.
This spacious well presented living room has such a cozy feel. To get the home ready for sale, Katherine and Greg put in fresh carpets and did some painting throughout the house. Katherine says the thing that’s made the most amount of difference is the styling.
