At OpenAgent, we see the effort real estate agents put into delivering strong service. The OpenAgent Awards 2025 are designed to recognise the agents across Australia who’ve set the standard for responsiveness.

“These awards highlight the trust agents build with sellers by being responsive and reliable in every interaction,” said Johanna Urratia, Co-CEO of OpenAgent.

“By sharing these results, we want to put a spotlight on the value that great agents deliver every day.”

What the awards recognise

Each month, we recognise agents who set the standard for fast communication and exceptional service. These awards highlight the professionals who respond quickly to leads, build trust with sellers, and demonstrate reliability across every interaction.

How the awards work

The OpenAgent Awards 2025 are based on how agents engage with leads from OpenAgent. As Australia’s leading real estate agent comparison site, we’re uniquely placed to measure responsiveness and service in a consistent, transparent way.

Winners are determined using OpenAgent lead response data, with a focus on timeliness and follow-through. To keep things fair and meaningful, we apply a set of filters to ensure agents recognised have a strong history as well as recent performance.

  • What criteria is used to determine winners for the OpenAgent Awards 2025?

Award results are determined using OpenAgent’s lead response data. Winners are recognised based on how quickly and reliably they engaged with vendors. Why recognition matters

For agents, the awards are an opportunity to showcase their service and build credibility. Sharing their custom digital badges across social media and professional profiles can help agents stand out in such a competitive industry.

“Real estate is a people business, and we see firsthand the expertise and dedication agents bring to every sale,” said Zoe Pointon, Co-CEO of OpenAgent.

“We want to continue recognising those efforts and giving agents an opportunity to showcase their success.”

For sellers, the awards provide a clear signal of which agents are the most attentive and responsive to help them make confident choices when selecting who to trust with their property.
