We talk to Megan Stevens from Reliant Realty and Allen Birch who is selling a beautiful family home, located in the heart of Engadine and overlooking the stunning Heathcote National Park.
Megan tells us that the home is on a single level with easy access in and out of the property. It has four bedrooms, two living areas and a lovely modern kitchen.
Allen has been here for about 40 years. The location for him is absolutely brilliant. He loves that they have stunning views and fantastic neighbours. The most important thing he enjoys in the area is his bar.
Allen is the cook in the family. He loves cooking and there’s been plenty of room in the kitchen. People can talk to him and give him a hand if they want to.
The back deck pool is a perfect area for entertaining and the views are absolutely stunning. You can enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family whilst watching the children in the pool.
