We talk to David Walker from Ray White Real Estate who's selling an original C1918 double brick home in Turramurra

David tells us that the home is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully renovated property. Being 99 years old, the home’s oozing with character with Federation bathrooms, huge living areas, all flowing out to a large back deck and a secure backyard, really good for families and children.

All extensions and enhancements have been carefully considered to accommodate modern-day requirements while still matching the history of the house. This is evident in the home’s provincial style kitchen.

There are certain elements that David thinks are worth highlighting. For example, the storage space in the cupboards and the drawers and the soft closing drawers are definitely a highlight.

David suggests that an ideal family for this home would be somebody with children. There’s a football-field-sized backyard as well as great living spaces. The property is just 800 meters to Turramurra station and shops as well as being surrounded by some of Sydney's best schools.

53 Kissing Point Road, Turramurra is a house rich in soul and character and evoking all the romance and appeal of an English countryside cottage.
